The company will seek to generate superior risk-adjusted returns primarily through the acquisition and redevelopment of real estate properties. Strategically, the company will focus on real estate investment opportunities including: redevelopment and repositioning situations, undervalued and / or distressed assets, use change or re-entitlement opportunities.
The company will pursue this strategy through investments that attract limited competition such as opportunities that are not widely marketed and larger than an individual investor would acquire yet below institutional investors minimum requirements.
